Kalahari Cafe
At our African-themed cafe, the Kalahari Cafe you can enjoy handmade cakes, sandwiches, savouries and hot meals with vegetarian and vegan options. Alongside a wide range of cold drinks and hot beverages.
In warm weather sit outside whilst the kids burn off energy around our play park. For the really young there’s our toddler corner in the cafe.
The Kalahari cafe is open every day from 10.00am, with hot food served until 2.30pm.
Enjoy a freshly cooked, stone-baked pizza from Dino Bites pizza outlet. Also serving cold drinks and ice creams (open peak periods).
Kalahari Cafe is open to the public as well as visitors to ARK Wildlife Park. So its the perfect spot for lunch and a bit of gift shopping too!
What’s on the Kalahari Cafe menu?
Our menu ranges from fresh, homemade cakes baked on site. To hot jacket potatoes and cheesy paninis. Children are catered for with our Jungle Box selections or pizza meal. Our ever popular, freshly made sausage rolls are a top seller whilst cheesy nachos make for the perfect snack.
Our sweet selection is always popular and what we have available varies daily. From classic sponge cakes to crunchie slices (a delectable mix of biscuit base and chocolate topping to give you that Friday feeling any day of the week.) you never know what we might have on offer. Play Areas, Soft Play and Activity Barn
As well as the diverse range of animals that call the ARK home, we have a range of activities to keep the kids happy no matter the weather.
With a large well equipped play area, including trim trail, there’s plenty to do outside when the weather’s fine. Including our amazing Dinosaur land – Jurassic Ark, but even on a rainy day the children won’t miss out with “Trash panda towers”, our soft play area for 9yrs under.
Or our large indoor climbing area located in the activity barn, featuring towers, bridges, swings, slides, climbing walls and fireman’s pole. Not to mention our indoor tropical house where you will also find even more dinosaurs and their living cousins, the reptiles!

How to find our Lincolnshire wildlife park?
The zoo can be found just off the A16 in the village of Stickney.
Just south of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, 8 miles north of Boston and 10 miles south-east of Horncastle. ARK Wildlife Park is 19 miles from the popular holiday resort of Skegness and readily accessible from Peterborough, Lincoln and Kings Lynn
